these idiots use a service called Certegy. Certegy's phone number is 1-80*-811-****.

If you look this up on google, it says t does not exist. However I called it and talked to someone with a german/romanian/russian accent about why my check was declined, after first going to my bank, and checking my balance, which was over 2000.00.

1) first she told me it was the banks fault. It was not, the bank said it was their fault.

2) next she told me it was due to a NEGATIVE balance from godaddy.com., based on my drivers license number.

3) I contacted godaddy.com and I have not had any dealings with them since february 2013 (it is the end of july 2014).

4) they do not have access ,nor have they ever had access to my checking account, period.

5) they do not have access to my driver's license number and never did, period.

The fact that the 800 number shows up as non-existant, tells me this is a fraudulent company, yet H.E.B continues to use them.

The fact that they are using data from godaddy is pure bullcrap. That has nothing to do with my bank account.

The fact that they are telling me bullcrap, again ,shows fraudulent activity.

H.E.B. refuses to do anything and refuses to contact them about anything, showing me H.E.B could care less about their customers and that they are a bunch of chickencrap idiots.

I have decided not to go to HEB any more, and it is their loss. After looking up my records, I spent well over 14,000 dollars there in 2014 and am right on target for that amount this year.

Not my problem, and it is their loss, not mine.

In the 35 years I have had this bank account ,there has NEVER been an overdraft, returned check or other negative activity against it. Period.

Screw HEB and the *** horse they came in on. I am going to my lawyer and will file charges agsint HEB, Certegy and Godaddy.com for fraudulant credit reporting and defamation of character, and liabalous remarks against me, my wife and my credit. This is completely illegal. I am turning them into the FTC, also, for illegal and fraudulent activity.

If you go to Certegy's website "askcertergy.com" you will note, if you submit anything, they want your name, phone number, routing number for your bank, your account number and your social security number, which is completely illegal according the FTC. With this information, they could steal you blind, in a new york minute.
