Feb.13,2018..i called pharmacy at Noontime.. Lady said, med was ready for delivery.

I called back again at 4pm...Lady said they have No control over when or how long it will take for medication to arrive at my home. I called again at 6pm...and wanted to talk to someone that could give me answers. Given the pharmacist...he said, people i need to contact closed at 4pm. I stopped taking a pain i could start this new med.

I have been waiting all day. It's almost 7pm. They do this with someone's medication.If they could have given me a time frame..i would have continued to take my regular pain med, and not be in pain now. I only live a mile away.

69yrs. old and cripple. A shame to get done this way.

Plus i must pay $5.60 cash for the delivery because it's one med. I will notify my doctor that sent prescription.
