On and about 08/09/2017 this disabled electric wheel chair basket HEB shopper was subjected to a search of basket & person after HEB security searched the wrong customer via security camera & in store survielance. Customer has reason to believe that, this middle aged shopper was profiled for reasons "Un-beknown" to me.
An offical complaint was filed via store management & corporate offices.Spoke with store manager via phone whom confirmed that security via loss prevention indeed targeted the wrong customer and indicated this was their normal protocol and minimized their actions damages suffered via the wrong customer.
Manger was informed via customer their actions were unacceptable and legal actions would be filed to gain relief via this noted incident. CL
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
